Family with children worthy stay
The unit was clean and had everything we needed like a full kitchen and comfy furniture. Loved the outdoor pools and the fact that it wasn't crowded, perfect for the kids to have fun.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

We had an amazing time in our cozy two-bedroom suite with a kitchen stocked for our cooking needs and a soft pullout sofa that made us feel right at home. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect ways to unwind after a day out. Just a heads up, the compost dump nearby sometimes gave off a bit of a smell, but it didn't ruin our stay! 🌟

The views of the Smoky Mountains provide a stunning backdrop, perfect for a family getaway. The two-bedroom suite features a well-equipped kitchenette that makes meal prep convenient and family-friendly.
The two-bedroom suite felt a bit cramped, with the kitchen leaving little room to maneuver, which could be a hassle for larger families. I found the beds far too firm for comfort, leading to some restless sleep. The dryers had lint buildup, making them inefficient. we had to clean them just to get a reasonable drying time. There were some maintenance issues, like a strange odor lingering around, possibly due to unkept common areas that could use power washing. Not to mention the internet connection fluctuated, making it difficult for anyone relying on WiFi. And those noisy neighbors didn't help either.

The location offers beautiful mountain views, but the noise from other guests can be disruptive at night. The games room had fun activities for the kids. Overall, if you're looking for peace, this might not be the best choice.

The Sunrise Ridge Resort provided a spacious and clean room that met my business needs effectively. The amenities were functional, and I appreciated the business center which allowed me to print materials required for my meetings. The peaceful location offered a great view of the mountains, contributing to a pleasant work environment. I found the gas fireplace in the unit particularly comforting during my stay.
Staff interaction lacked warmth and hospitality.

Man, the made-to-order sandwiches in the nearby deli were next-level! Totally hit the spot after a busy day. Plus, the two-bedroom suite gave us plenty of room to spread out and chill—perfect for our teenage boys! The amenities made life easier with a washer and dryer right in the unit.
Now, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows—had to deal with some ants in the bathroom, which was a buzzkill. And don’t get me started on the barking dog next door. we felt like we were in a canine concert!

The first impression was disappointing, as the check-in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Thankfully, Lydia came to the rescue and helped us move to a preferable third-floor room that provided stunning mountain views. The room itself was clean and well-stocked, with a comfortable pullout sofa that exceeded my expectations. However, the noise from nearby elevators could be an issue for light sleepers, and it would be advisable to avoid lower floors that obstruct views.
